Ok, well resently my site had a plot change and I had the active members choose from six different plots. I actually might end up changing it again because one of my members says it isn't loose enough and that I should make it more able for free role playing and more the characters choose how it goes.

I dunno if y'all will take interest in any of these, but these are the other five plots that I had my members choose from. If y'all like any one of them, y'all can use it or consider it if you'd like:

PLOT 1: The Crystal Glasses Shen Gong Wu. The monks are preparing for the epic battle at the end. They use the glasses to see the outcome and are horrified to see that the Heylin will win. Omi sets off on a quest to find a secert power that Grand Master Dashi once prophesized that will help them defeat the Heylins.

PLOT 2: The monks are preparing for the epic battle at the end. They use the glasses to see the outcome and are horrified to see that the Heylin will win. Omi sets off on a quest to find the Sands of Time that old him hid. He intends on finding it and turning back the clocks to give them enough time to gather enough allies to aid them against the Heylin.

PLOT 3: The monks are preparing for the epic battle at the end. They use the glasses to see the outcome and are horrified to see that the Heylin will win. Omi sets off on a quest to find the Sands of Time that old him hid. I finds it with ease and goes back 1500 years to find out what happened to Grand Master Dashi. He tries to prevent it from happening to the Grand Master and takes him into the feauture to help defeat the Heylins.

There would be two parts to this role playingness: Omi haven gone back in time to find out what happened to grand master Dashi; and actually going back to bring him to the feature to help; then if the members want there could be a section of the out comes and the Xiaolins winning it going from there...

PLOT 4: We could split the site into 3 parts: '1500 Years Ago'; the beginning of the monks journey to the big battle, our way; and how they carry on after that. No spesific plots for those 3 categories really and or yetch. Each category would have own little plot that, if this is choosen, will be put up later.

PLOT 5: The monks go to raid Jack Spicer's mansion after he stole some important, often used shen gong wu. While there, Omi runs into Jack's time machine and begins to fiddle with it, it having brung back memories. He accedently gets himself send back to the past, 1500 years ago (it's pervious destination setting). Spicer learns this, and while fending off the other monks, he distroys the machine. With the Sands of Time have been hidden by Old Omi, again, Omi gets stuck in the past and his friends have no way of getting him back. Omi ends up staying there quite a while. He stays long enough to learn what happened to Grand Master Dashi and seeks the Sands of Time that that he and Dojo hid to prevent it from happening. He's assisted by monks from 1500 years ago and has to face evil from 1500 years ago. (Inculding HChase). When he does prevent it from happening, he returns to his time to see what damage he did, if any. Terrible things have happened, and the Xiaolins have ended up suffering a great lose to their team. The monks, Omi, and Grand Master Dashi have to make the decission if what Omi did was worth it or if the lose was too great.

There would be two parts to this role playing plot: Omi having been stuck in the past with no way back, him and the monks from 1500 years ago trying to find the Sands of Time, him trying to prevent the horrible fate of Grand Master Dashi; and the other category/ half would be how the Xiaolin monks are fairing in the future without their friend.

Ok, well these are just some of my ideas. Yes...they kinda need more than just two or three role players and yes they're not as loose as they could be. I shall try to think up of more general, looser ideas that don't involve so much plotting and role players.

Sweet idea, brah! Since before the site fell off I was only a moderator, I don't really have the power to add to remove section, like 1,500 years ago etc. Specifically, I really like Plot 2. This one seems to be the most open-ended, allowing members the most creative freedom. This would also explain why/how their could be additional dragons than the standard 4, as well as give the dragons motivation for finding more Wu and other Dragons. Conversely, perhaps the Heylin could also learn the outcome of this battle, and of the Dragon's efforts to recruit new members, and in turn seek to add new members to their team as well. (Enter Sarah, lol)

If we go with this plot, however, we'll have to scrap the idea of this RP being set very far ahead in the future of the show's plot. This would also mean that the original cast of the show is up for grabs. (Scampers off the begin making Jack Spicer profile). Overall, I love the way you think. I couldn't have come up with anything nearly as creative.

My Suggestions :

1. When looking into the future, Omi sees several heylin and xiaolin warriors that he doesn't recognize, making him come to the conclusion that the dragons must recruit more members.

2. When looking into the future, Omi sees several Shen Gon Wu that he's never seen or heard of, and others he's sure the Xiaolin would have are no where to be found. This prompts the plot to reveal and re-reveal the locations of Shen Gon Wu.

3. We should come up with a list of new dragon elements as well as new Shen Gon Wu and their functions. Also, we could possibly create heylin dragons, allowing them use elemental attacks as well, evening the playing field. I've come up with one new Shen Gon Wu that could be used :

Celestial Pendant - The celestial pendant is the power source of all Shen Gon Wu. Normally, it is useless in battle. However, when in close vicinity of a Shen Gon Wu, it can effectively absorb the magic from it, de-activating it and sending it to a random location on the planet. The power of that Wu is sealed in the Celestial Pendant, and the Pendant's Holder can invoke that power at any time. The pendant's weakness is that it automatically sends the magic back into the object when it comes too close to it, re-activating it. This pendant will be a useful plot device which could explain how all of the Wu became inactive again. Perhaps before the final battle, some uses the pendant on both the Xiaolin and the Heylin Wu stashes, emptying them both and making both teams start from scratch.

Let's bounce some ideas! Yeah!

Heh, thanks, and I love your suggestions!

It makes it easier to add new monks, Heylin and Xiaolin and new wu.

I really like the idea of the Celestial Pendant. It sounds really kewl, tehe, and will fit into the plot well.

As for adding in the original XS cast, heh, we may need to do some serious recruiting. So apparently there's our two characters, am I not right? Or are there more? I had my two friends my my site (three but one doesn't really role play), Wycca and Tink join up, so I think they might role play. On my sight, because of lack of active members, each member has up to three characters. So I dunno if that's something you want to do until we get more members.

As as for only being a moderator, lol, I understand. So there's no way to get a hold of the main admin or an administrator?

I've had a few shen gong wu in mind for a while, and I might be able to recall them, considering it's been a while since I've thought or post about them. They'd just be random though, not having any significance to the plot like your Celestial Pendant.

Tree of Zs - A small hand held shaped tree with the letter Z hanging off of them. You can use a Z on an opponent to cause them to fall a sleep for a period of time (not yet decided how long). Once all the Zs have been used up, you need to use the Orb of Tornami to replenish it.

I had others in mind...but I can't remember what they were, lol. Tis been a while since I've made up or thought shen gong wu other than from the show.

But indeed we must brainstorm! I shall call upon my friends to help and propse ideas.

Unfortunately, I haven't spoken to any of the global mods or admins for more than a year. Now that I think of it, it may be a better idea to transplant our rough sketches over to your site, since you're already an admin there. As much as I hate to say it, I don't think much else is going to happen here, especially without administrator access...it might even be worth thinking about creating an all new site all together...

Another idea I was tossing around, perhaps there could be a third party, enemy to both Xiaolin and Heylin dragons. Basically, there goal could be to destroy Shen Gon Wu all together, and anyone who would use them. This group wouldn't have any dragons or heylin warriors in it, but only mercenaries and trained assasins who hold no allegiances. Not only would this allow for more characters, but also helps to break up the monotony of heylin vs. dragon twenty times. This also presents logic behind the notion that someone would want to rid both the Heylin and Xiaolin of all their Wu before the war in the future. I'm not sure what specific weapons they could use, or their backstory so far, but I think it'll go something like this ; The group, known as the Society, dates back all the way to the times of Dashi. They attempted to defeat him and banish all magic from the world then, failed, and have been trying for centuries ever since. Think Forever Knights from Ben 10, but fighting Wu instead of aliens lol. Maybe they can use some sort of fighting style that can neutralize a dragon's elemental powers?

I really love the Tree of Z's. I especially like Wu that can interact with other Wu and that aren't direct attack style, i.e shoots fireballs or whatever. I think we should come up with at least 30 new Wu, as different as possible without being contrived. I had an idea for another Wu as well : the Beast Totem is a small wooden statue in the shape of a totem pole, though it has four different faces on each side : a falcon, a wolf, an elephant and a gorilla. The user of the technique is able to become anyone of these animals and use their abilities. During this time, they can not speak or use any other Wu and they can not resume human form for a hour after the Wu is used, making it especially useful for escaping.

Anywho, this post will serve as a record of all the ideas we come up with, so that we can try to stay organized :

New Shen Gon Wu

01. Celestial Pendant - The power source of all Shen Gon Wu. Capable of activating/de-activating Shen Gon Wu as well as absorbing the power from them. Each time the Celestial Pendant is used to de-activate a Shen Gon Wu, it flies off to a random location and remains dormant until the Pendant comes into range again.

02. Tree of Zs - A tree shaped object, complete with several Z's. These Z's can be used to cause target to fall asleep for indefinite amounts of time, but the Z's are limited. The Tree of Z's can only be recharged with the Orb of Tornami.

03. Beast Totem - The user is able to transform into either a falcon, a wolf, an elephant or a gorilla. The Totem disappears during this time period, and the user can not use any other powers or even speak for an entire hour when they resume human form.

04. Berry Bush - A bush shaped object, much like the Tree of Zs. The user is able to pick and eat one of 20 berries of four different colors with a specific result. Once all berries have been eaten, the bush requires the Orb of Tornami to refill. Red berries allows fire attacks, the gold berry allows electrical attacks, white allows for quick ice attacks and gray allows the user to make smoke based escapes.

05. Stunt Token - The stunt token is very similar to the Mantis Flip Coin, but instead of imbuing the user with incredible athleticism and agility, the user is given a rapidly accelerated healing factor, as well as limited invulnerability. While using the coin, the user is able to take any amount of direct physical damage, and be fully recovered within seconds. Even normally life threatening trauma (being hit by a train, etc.) before a mere itch to the person using the coin. HOWEVER, the coin also has it's weaknesses. The coin does not increase the user's strength or power whatsoever. Furthermore, the token does not work on elemental attacks. Finally, if the user possesses any fear or any doubt whatsoever, the effects diminishes.

06. Solar Halo - The Solar Halo is a golden halo placed over one's head. It grants them the ability to literally walk and stand on air. The user is able to interact with the air as if it were a solid object, even running across it. The Halo's weakness is that it requires direct sunlight; it does NOT work in cloudy weather, nor does it work at night or indoors. Furthermore, if the user gets wet, he can not use the Solar Halo.

07. Celestial Ring - The Celestial Ring is a locator of sorts, capable of leading the user to any nearby Shen Gon Wu that are active. Essentially, it is weak on it's own, but it allows the Xiaolin/Heylin Dragons to find Wu without the help of Dojo/Wuya. The Celestial Ring is the ONLY Shen Gon Wu that can resist the effects of The Celestial Pendant.

I'm into the whole third party idea.

Like an evil or neutral party who just wants to like void out everything the two sides stand for. Something new.

I like it. The Society sounds like pretty natural, straight forward name for now. I really do like the idea.

"Now that I think of it, it may be a better idea to transplant our rough sketches over to your site, since you're already an admin there". I apologise, but I'm terrible at vocabulary; what do you mean by transplant our rough sketches to my site. As in discuss it there...or?

And if we can't get in touch with some of the admins, and if we could get some shoe in people from before and some new ones, and new site sounds like a good idea.

And another shen gong wu idea from once upon a time ago that I remembered:

Berry Bush - Resembling the Tree of Z's but in the form of a bush, the Berry Bush has several different kinds of berries that grow on it: gold, red, white, and gray. Each color berry possesses a power for quick attacks and or escapes.
The gold berry, you through it and electrify your opponent. The red berry, burns your opponents with fire. The white berry, you can make quick attacks of ice to your opponent. And finally, the gray one is a smoke berry, allowing for quick get aways and escapes. The are 5 of each berries and you need the Orb of Tunami, and only it, to replenish the berries.

I mean, since it seems so unlikely any admin will ever return here, we might be better moving out work to your site, or to a new site al together. We may have to re-work what we've come up with so far, so that it fits into your site design, but at least you'd have control over the boards. I'v never been the top admin of a site, so if you would, I wouldn't mind following your lead.

By the way, did you intend for Sarah to be a dragon? (Heylin or Dragon?) Or is she just like a Heylin Mage or something? Does she have an element?

So what do you think the rules should be for character registration/limitations? I think before we get to heavy into 'new' characters, we need to have atleast most of the show's original cast first (at the very least Omi...) Also, what a the rules for Wu being revealed, Xiaolin Showdowns and battle in general?

I really love the Berry Bush. It's the only Wu I can think of that let's someone use multiple elements. And also, I added three more Wu to our list. Let me know what you think of them!

Do you mean moving our work to my site as in scratching the site's plot and using the one we've been discussing...? I wouldn't be too comfortable -- if that's what you meant. I wouldn't mind like...linking the sites in some way. My site as a sister site that I'm currently trying to revive (an online friend either ditched it, and I have power, or something's wrong on her end...).

As for the option of creating a new site all together, if we did that, would you want to create it, or I? I don't mind backing you up, or making it and you backing me up.

And I took a look at the wu you added (and thanks about mine, lol). I really like the idea of the Stunt Toke, especially. Heh. The Solar Halo and Celestial Ring also sound very cool. Having another option besides tracking Dojo or Wuya or Jack's wu finding thingie sounds helpful and great.

As for my OC Sarah, she has no element. Yeah, she's sorta just a Heylin witch, if you will. Not like Wuya. She's a witch, but she uses her powers for stealing, banditting, and evil.

I think as far as people choosing characters, we should let them pic up to three canon characters. My policy on my site is that you can create as many original characters as you wish -- as long as you can keep up with them all and promise to use them, not just create them for the sake of it. We could do that if you'd like or until we get more active members (It feels so wierd... i sound like I've been here forever and am trying to help revive... XD)

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't know that your site already had a plot line and everything. Seems like making a new site all together would be the best option, unless you wanted to forget about this site so we could put all of our attention on your site. I'm not sure how frequently a computer will be available to me, so I reccomend you creating the site and being the admin, but since you already have a site, it might make more sense to focus on the story line you already have going. You seem to have more experience than me in that area any way.

BTW, can you give me the link to your site? Now that I think of it, I haven't even seen it lol. That way I can jump up to speed with the plot you've already created. So I think we should focus all of our attention and efforts on your site. Why make a new site when you already have one? Besides, you never know when old members decide to browse through their favorites and check up on their old RP hang outs. Atleast if it seems like some progress is being made on your site, some of your older members may return.

Also, I really don't deserve too much credit for those Wu ; Their just a collaboration of several different ideas, brought together. Like I just saw Heroes for the first time this weekend, and that's where I got the concept for the Stunt Token. After tweaking it a little and throwing on some Spicer spice, we have a new Wu. But I should probably stop for now until I read up on your plot.

Tis fine, lol. I thought I had mentioned that, but I guess not.

What'd I like to probably do is attempt to create a new site, just to see if it goes smoothly and what not. You of course would be a main admin and even Co-Owner of the site if you wish, considering you'd probably be the only veteran member from this site; unless old members pop back on and see a new link. But if it doesn't entirely work and we don't have enough members, you're welcome to join in on the role playing on my site.

I only suggest a new site because I have way to much fun creating new sites.

I have like ... one Xiaolin Showdown one (link above), an original fiction site (not much going on there....), and a multi fandom site (not much going on there either...). And then my XS site has a sister site, so, lol. I'm very role playing site active. And I'll join up on any XS related avtive one. Which aren't many. But like I said, if it doesn't work out, at least we can say we tried.

(Shall start that later on and give link. Must do homework right now.)

And nice about the wu.

It's totally kewl though, I do that with fanfics. I'll watch something and attempt to tweak it XS style.

But still, the personalization that you added to the wu, kudos.
